NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposed budgets have been submitted to the ONE HORSE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (the "District") for the year of 2009. A copy of the proposed budget is on file in the office of Bernstein and Associates, 8400 E. Prentice Ave, Penthouse, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 where the same are open for public inspection.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that amendments to the 2008 budget have been submitted to the District. A copy of the proposed amended budget is on file in the office of Bernstein and Associates, 8400 E. Prentice Ave, Penthouse, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, where the same are open for public inspection.
Such proposed budget and amended budget will be considered at a special meeting of the District at 1746 Cole Boulevard, Suite 130, Lakewood, Colorado, on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. Any interested elector of the District may inspect the proposed budget and amended budget and file or register any objections at any time prior to final adoption of the budget and amended budget.
