Video Professor donates to Native American Computer Literacy Projects.
(Lakewood, CO)
May 8, 2008
Video Professor is working with the Native American Chamber of Commerce to promote computer literacy. The Lakewood, CO based company just donated 48 complete lesson sets to the group for use at training centers around the country.
The first training centers to be part of the project are located on the Blackfoot Reservation in Browning MT, the Chippewa Nation Reservation in Cass Lake MN, the Tigua Reservation in San Antonio TX and the Masileet Reservation in Maine.
Representatives of the Native American Chamber of Commerce describe the need for computer education as critical and the Video Professor team was quick to help out.
Video Professor will be working with two new computer literacy training centers in North and South Dakota this summer.
