O'Connell Middle School Principal Patti Montgomery says Trinidad Gonzales, community liaison, makes parents feel welcome like never before at the school, and is famous for doing things like rescuing student's pet fish and birds from imminent evictions, and for obtaining donations at Christmas that made possible a Santa's Giving Shop.
