Lafayette, Colorado -- WOW! Children's Museum (World of Wonder) today announced that the Museum will be offering a 3 day hands-on science camp in July for children in grades K-5 th. This exciting science camp will explore in detail the concepts behind WOW!'s newest science exhibit,
Light & Shadow.
Day 1: Learn how light moves, bends, and bounces. Experiment with mirrors and shadows.
Day 2: Find out where rainbows come from. Play with colors and explore invisible light.
Day 3: Discover solar power and light energy.
Grades K- 2nd: July 15 th , July 16 th, and July 17 th from 1:30pm - 2:30pm
Grades 3rd - 5 th: July 29 th, July 30 th, and July 31 st from 1:30pm - 2:30pm
Camp Content: Content will build on previous classes - each day is a prerequisite for the rest of the session. However, children may sign up for Day 1 only or Days 1 and 2 only.

Summer Business Hours: Monday -Wednesday: 9am-5pm; Thursday -Saturday: 10am-6pm; Sunday: CLOSED. Toddler Hour: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9am-10am.
