Children who attended Lakewood Library storytimes on Thursday, Oct. 27, got a special treat - a chance to be in the annual Halloween trick-or-treat parade down the halls of Administration. Staff enjoyed giving out candy and seeing all the cute kids, and parents said they appreciated this safe environment for their kids to wear their costumes.
