The neighbors at Jewell Place in Lakewood would like to nominate Vera Proshlyak as "Mother of the Year." She moved here from Russia 12 years ago. She is a very special lady and hard worker. She knows how keep her work and family balanced. This is from her friends and family in the neighborhood.
