Carma's public relations campaign

It's amazing how desperate Canadian developer Carma is to acquire the park land involved in the proposed Rooney Valley land swap. This developer has resorted to mailing out three glossy color flyers promoting the land swap and hiring a New Jersey telemarketing company to phone voters encouraging them to vote for referendum 1. One of their selling points is the creation of a wildlife underpass beneath Alameda. How can they create it when it's already there? How many more fallacies exist in their PR spin?

We prevaied, 57% AGAINST the swap Jan 2, 2007.

Ken, why is it every post you have you call it "a well respected" blah blah blah? Why are you trying so hard to convince people of that? Do you have a clue how much of a shill this makes you sound spouting this off every single time you type anything? Seriously, I was undecided on this issue until I'd started reading posts here and seeing how hard Carma is pushing for this. Makes me vote against it just out of spite to people like you.

Carma is a well respected community development company and is bringing a world-class community to the Rooney Valley, as well as long awaited services. This is their 80th community in North America. If you care to know more about this exceptional company and its "do what's right" approach to community development please visit carma.ca.
