Jackson Hughes is turning ONE!!
On 4/9/2008
Contributed by: Lisa Hughes on 4/4/2008

What a year it has been! Last time this year I was already enjoying maternity leave - the last few days of being "Lisa" before I morphed into "Mommy!" Jackson has really changed our lives. From the early days where every move was worrying about supporting his head, not knowing if he was eating enough, and wondering, "What in the world does that cry mean!?!?", to walking on his own, feeding himself, and speaking and signing a dozen or so words - Jackson has changed so much in the past year, as have the lives of Mommy and Daddy. We are so grateful for our wonderful, supportive families, the amazing childcare program at McLain High School where Jackson's mom and dad both work, and just some flat-out good luck this year.
