Lakewood High School class of 1957 held their 50th reunion celebration with a dinner and picnic on Aug. 10 and 11.

The dinner (Friday August 10th), was held at the new Lakewood Country Club. It was attended by 63 classmates from a graduating class of 173 members.

Saturday( August 11th) a picnic was held at Tony Grampsas Memorial Park in Golden.

Classmates traveled from 12 states and England to attend the festive events.

Old memories were shared and friendships renewed by alumni and guests. A 55 year reunion was suggested.

Many thanks were extended to the reunion committee, Jan and Dick Foos, Elaine Fowler, Ron Irwin, Gerry Keiser,Don Kusulas and Linda Parker, for the memorable events.
