A report of a naked man outside an apartment building brought police to the 10400 block of West Hampden Avenue at 12:22 a.m. July 5. The woman who reported the incident told police she arrived home at 12:05 a.m. and noticed a man standing on a sidewalk near a stream that runs on the east side of the building. The man was under a light pole and he didn't have a shirt and his jeans were around his ankles. When police arrived, officers saw the man walking near the south end of the building.
