DOG LEFT OUT IN SNOW
Police were called to the 11200 block of West Ada Place at 6:30 a.m. March 28 on a report of a dog crying outside. The officer discovered a Rottweiler chained to a fence. The water and food provided to the dog was frozen, as the temperature outside was 21 degrees. The dog was standing in a mix of snow and mud.
