With Recent Cuts and Ongoing Shortfalls, Legislators Welcome Ideas

WHAT:

Ever wondered how the State of Colorado decides what stays in the budget and what gets cut? Join us for an interactive town hall meeting where the community is invited to vote on our own state budget using Colorado Backseat Budgeter ( www.backseatbudgeter.com), an interactive budget simulation tool that allows you to drive Colorado's budget. Along the way, you will learn more about how Colorado balances its budget each year.
