Whether there's a fire in your neighborhood or a loved one needs an ambulance, you want the best fire fighters and paramedics to respond. That's why you should get involved with West Metro Fire Rescue's Civil Service Committee. This committee is responsible for overseeing the testing, hiring, and promotion of West Metro's fire fighters and currently has one opening to fulfill a term ending Dec. 31, 2008. Interested people must be registered voters of the District and be willing to attend one meeting each month. Submit cover letter and resume to: Board of Directors, Attn: L.
