After six years of service, Cathy Hatfield has retired as Jeffco Action Center's Director of Operations.
Cathy came to the organization in 2003, filling the newly created position. She directed multiple areas of the Action Center and was responsible for a wide variety of functions. From handling the finances to resolving client conflicts in the Action Center lobby to making sure the staff all got paid, Cathy did it all.
"Cathy's contributions to the Action Center have been immeasurable," said Executive Director Mag Strittmatter. "She firmly established many of the processes and procedures that we badly needed to become a fiscally sound, efficient organization that we are today."
A commemorative brick will be placed at the Lakewood's Heritage Center in Cathy's honor, where Cathy and her family often enjoy summer concerts. A special ceremony will take place later this summer to present and install the brick. If you are interested in attending, please call 303-237-7704 for more information.
