Lakewood legend turns 90

Lakewood resident Tom Baird, who turned 90 on Dec. 7, celebrates with family and friends Dec. 9 at Golden's Briarwood Inn. From left is Tom Baird, his 16-month-old great grandson Tanner Terch and daughter Debbie Horvat. Baird has lived in Lakewood since 1958. He joined Lakewood Country Club in 1948 for only $100. He holds the course record for the back nine with a score of 30 (with two eagles and a double bogey on hole 10). Happy Birthday Tom! We wish you many more.
