Do you want to have the best ski season of your life? This one-hour class will include a variety of exercises focusing on functional lower body and core strength, as well as flexibility and balance. This program will not only give you improved strength and endurance on the slopes, but will reduce your injury risk as well. Class taught by a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning instructor.
