It is often said that seven is a lucky number so it would only be fitting that the Bear Creek boy's soccer team win their tenth strait victory on 10/07/09. There has been no other coach or team that has enjoyed is record of games won strait. Mike Ackerman seemed almost reluctant to discuss this streak that his team is on, for fear of changing it. This group of boys have really learned to play together well they don't run the score up high but they don't get scored on either, they just find a way to win, might be by a point or two, but they get the job done. The team has talent and they have two brothers on the same wavelength one will feed the ball the other will do the score. This team is truly fun to watch and they are also a team you would dread to meet! Mike has truly given his heart and sole to this group of players and they intern have been playing to show just how much they appreciate his efforts and confidence in them.
