Bears' track a family affair

On April 7 and 12 the Junior Varsity track team for Bear Creek had meets a Jeffco Field on 6th and Kipling. Both meets had a chilly temperature to them but the athletes didn't let it bother their performance.

On Saturday Bear Creek had claimed several victories before I had left in many different events. The Thenell family are heavily invested in the Track Team for Bear Creek, Dad; Tom is the coach, Zach and Danielle are in several of the jumping events pole vaulting, high jump and high hurdles. Both of the siblings do quite well in these events.
