I take care of a 88-year-old lady who is an avid Rockies fan. She and her husband were avid fans and attended the games religiously for many years. He has since passed away, and now the only interest she has is enjoying the Rockies by herself. Her son is trying to keep her active and interested in something. In keeping with that and with the coming of the Rockies season, her son would love to take her to a game. She is somewhat incapacitated and this would be a perfect way for her to once again enjoy the game from the stadium instead of the old familiar squiggly lined TV. She certainly would enjoy the game and her son would enjoy seeing her excited. As her birthday is April 4, this would also be a perfect present. She also has a 16-year-old granddaughter who loves the Rockies and would likewise get a kick watching her grandmother at the game.
Thank you for this chance to give this neat lady a lovely birthday gift.
Sincerely, Sandy Leonard
