Base Camp One Will Be First Ski In/Ski Out Residences at the base of SolVista
GRANBY, COLO., Oct. 2, 2007 - Local dignitaries including Granby Mayor Ted Wang, Town Manager David Huseman, representatives from Dundee Resort Development Greg Finch and Holly Ridgway, VP of Development at Granby Ranch Kyle Harris, representatives from TCD, Inc and Oz Architecture along with Jennifer Colley of S&P Destination Properties officially broke ground on the new Base Camp One residences Oct. 2, 2007.
"Base Camp One will be our first ski-in/ski-out residences in Granby Ranch's base camp area," said Finch, president of Dundee Resort Development. "With all the great features of the building and residences plus privileged access to all Granby Ranch has to offer, Base Camp One is like nothing else in Grand County or even the Colorado Mountains."
