Bio:
What you should know about me:
I'm a Colorado near-native (I moved here in 1978, at the age of three), and the luckiest goof in the world. I'm married to a wonderful woman, and am the proud daddy of the world's most amazing little girl. I am also a frequent target of nature's fury, with various woodpeckers, foxes, and Cottonwood trees having declared war on both me and my home.
I work as a Program Manager for the University of Denver (my alma mater) Research Institute, and am a graduate student at American Military University, diligently and slowly working toward an MA in Strategic Intelligence (with emphases in Counterterrorism and Asia Security Studies - woo-hoo!).
Oh, and I'm pretty much a prototypical child o' the 80s. I loves me some old Nintendo and Sega games, Voltron, Transformers, GI Joes, and pretty much anything else I can get my hands on from the period. I write entirely too much drivel, spend an inordinate amount of time on nonsense, and am generally speaking, a great big geek.
Believe it or not, I do, however, think about matters of more substantial import, and I reserve the right to write approximately four "serious" items a year at YourHub.com. The rest of my time will be filled with Jello Pudding Pops, interviews with Optimus Prime, and stories of suburban life that will fill your heart with glee, or at least make you grateful that you're living your own life, and not mine.
