Your dog is in a good situation!
I adopted your dog from the Denver Dumb Friends League. He was at the shelter for over a month. He had kennel cough and was in the sick animal unit. I saw his picture on the web site and knew we were a match. He is a 8 year old cattle dog mix with one ear up and one ear down - like someone who cannot quite get it together. He looks like he has greyhound in him. He is very fast. At a full jog with me, he is still in a walking stride. He has beautiful brown eyes and brown and white flexed fur with brown patches. I know he was loved. He is well trained, but spoiled. He feels he has a right to beds and furniture and he is reluctant to eat just plain dog food. He was distant at first, but each day he warms up to the family. I know it must have broke your heart to give him up. I wanted you to know he is loved and will have a good life with us.
