Blog Entry 27 of 32 Into the hills
I started working at YourHub.com in October of 2005. Lucky for me I actually live in the area I cover for YourHub.com, which makes me feel a little more in touch with my community and I hope to tell you what that is like and get some feedback. I’ll also let you know what’s going on with me and share some observations about whatever’s on my mind. I might also throw in a book review here or there, although I doubt it will be anything too earth shattering. My hope is to find some other reviewers out there, for books, restaurants, entertainment, etc... Enjoy!

My Europe vacation -- a photo essay

Over the Christmas holiday, my husband, Brent, and I finally got to take the trip we have been dreaming about for years ... to Europe. It was a wonderful way to spend Christmas and New Year's.

We were there a little over two weeks -- We left Denver on Dec. 21 and returned Jan. 5. We skied in Switzerland, saw incredible art in Italy, spent New Year's in Austria and wrapped our trip up in Munich -- the land of my ancestors.

Our trip was filled with many adventures. Although we took well over 400 photos, I hope these photos give you a quick overview of some of things we experienced. I look forward to the day when I can go back and explore even more!

The castles are beautiful! And I'm jealous that you got to see Florence and Venice! But I'm happy you had a wonderful time.

Wow, such fun! I love the castles! My friend studied abroad in Germany, and she made sure to send me a postcard of the "Cinderella castle."

Wow -- I bet you had fun! Judging from your photos, it looks like you saw some incredible sights, ate some great food and drank some awesome beer. I really like the photo of Venice. I so want to go to Europe. Maybe some day.

We're planning a trip to Northern Italy this fall, but are on the fence about also doing a bit of Germany. Are there any places you would have liked to have spent more or less time?
