Asian Culinary at Cassoulet

What:	Asian Culinary offers a truly exciting taste experience with its mingling of hot, spicy, sour and sweet flavors; but it's very easy to make once you know how. Chef Cynthia will gladly share her secrets in this hands-on class. After creating these delightful Asian treats, we'll sit down family-style to enjoy with a glass or two of appropriately paired wine. You'll also return home with a complete recipe packet for the evening's fare. We'll be making Summer Rolls with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce, Vegetable Tempura, Pan Roasted Soy-Lacquered Salmon with Spicy Cucumber Salad and Hot and Cold Sesame Noodles.
