Triathlon, duathlon and 5k/10k race training

What:
Flexible training program for all fitness levels and ages in a group setting with an expert coach and trainer. Group swims, runs, bike rides and weight training sessions are held mornings and evenings Monday through Friday!

Within each sessions you will receive personalized feedback and training tips in each discipline, including:

·Work on running form and proper biomechanics to reduce impact on joints, risk of injury and to increase speed when running,

·Assessment and tips to improve your stroke

·Learn strategies save energy in the open water

·Learn how to set-up your bike for maximum biomechanical efficiency

·Learn which exercises you should be doing in the weight room to increase your endurance and prevent injury

·Individualized nutrition program and information

Where: off C-470 and Ken-Caryl at the KC Ranch house and Community center
When: Mornings and evenings M-F
