Culinary Book Club at Cassoulet

What:	Bring your friends and meet some new ones in this celebration of food, wine and the written word. Chef Julie Ciezadlo will teach you new skills in the kitchen as you create and indulge in a meal inspired by this month's book "The Secret Life of Bees" by Sue Monk Kidd. Relax as you sip some wine and discuss what you loved, or hated, about the story. Julie will treat you to some Southern hospitality with Honeycomb and Cheese, Okra Cornmeal Fritters with Crab and Remoulade Sauce, Peach Shortcake with Honey Sweetened Cream and Sweet Tea.
