What:	NEXT › ‹ PREVIOUS 2008 Relay For Life of Littleton August 1st - 2nd Hudson Gardens 6pm - 7:30am Luminaria Ceremony 9pm August 1st. Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society's siganture activity. It offers everyone in the community the opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer. Teams of 10 -15 people, sometimes more sometimes less, from all walks of life camp out at Hudson Gardens and take turnes walking or running around the beautiful garden path throughout the night. Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times, while special entertainment, music, and fun activities keep things lively. Relays are overnight events and teams raise money prior to the event, then celebrate their efforts while honoring survivors and remembering those lost to cancer in a special Luminaria ceremony. Join the Fight!! We encourage everyone in Littleton to come to our Relay whether you are on a team or not. All Cancer Survivors are invited to join our FREE Survivor Reception which will be held immediately following opening ceremonies.
