Launched in 2004 by The Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network, the Walk for Food Allergy: Moving Toward A Cure raises funds for research, advocacy, awareness, and education programs to benefit the 12 million Americans affected by food allergy, a potentially fatal condition that is rapidly increasing in prevalence. The Colorado Walk for Food Allergy: Moving Toward a Cure, is a 2.25-mile walk, taking place this year at Washington Park, Denver. 9:00 am registration time, 10:00 am walk time. Post-walk activities, including live music, kids' games and crafts, begin at 11:00 am.
