Avatar will also perform during the 10 a.m. Sunday service at High Country Unity Church on July 27th. A potluck luncheon will follow the service.
Avatar has been together for four years now, though our souls no doubt have known each other for a much longer time span! In that relatively short period of time we have created around 400 original songs collectively! Our spiritual songs enlighten, empower and educate through joy, transformation and peace. After forming, Avatar almost immediately produced a mini-CD entitled "Invitation" for Hurricane Katrina relief; we have a full-length CD produced through JP Audio Labs of Colfax, NC, entitled "Inward Journey" We just completed our second full-length CD at Beech Studio in Lexington, NC, entitled "We Are the Gift" .
