The show went on, despite a brief intermission of bad weather, at the 2006 Aspen Grove Free Family Film Festival, June 21. The event, which officially kicked off with the animated kids flick,
Madagascar, runs every Wednesday evening through August 16.
This is the second year Aspen Grove has hosted the film festival at its outdoor shopping center. Families are encouraged to come early and enjoy the various activities prior to the show such as the bounce house, face-painting and prizes giveaways - not to mention picking the perfect spot to set up blankets and chairs!
Presenting sponsor, Littleton Adventist Hospital, provided fun
Madagascar-themed prizes and entertained kids with a bean bag toss.
