How Stella started FoundValue
Contributed by: Gary Hulett on 12/21/2006

Stella Kleiman is always on the lookout for an opportunity, and when she sees one, she doesn't let it get away. From her successful career as an investment banker on Wall Street to her executive position at a publicly held online media company, Stella has spent her life turning possibilities into realities.

Now, Stella has created an opportunity for others to fulfill their own potential-to learn, to earn, and to prosper-by taking advantage of eBay's ever-growing success.

An exceptional opportunity: the heart of FoundValue
Stella left her job at an Internet company in 2001, and like many Americans who stepped off the fast track, she took some time to consider her next professional move. Stella's criteria: to have a flexible schedule, to work with people she respected, and to take advantage of emerging technology.

While musing about her future, Stella realized that her apartment was cluttered with objects and odds and ends that were losing value every day. So she decided to reclaim some space-and make some money-by selling a number of items on eBay.

Stella loved the selling process, the eBay community and the flexibility of making money from home. She was so energized that she was soon selling for her family and friends, and looking for more to sell every day. As she gained experience Stella qualified as an eBay Power Seller, Trading Assistant and Education Specialist. It became clear that most people didn't have the time, inclination, or expertise to sell on eBay. But they were happy to let someone they trusted do it-even if it meant sharing some of their profits. After all, these items weren't making anyone money lying around the house.

Recognizing that she had only scratched the surface of a virtually limitless business opportunity, Stella contemplated how to share this new idea with others. She knew that her newfound flexible, profitable lifestyle was something that millions of people-from busy executives to at-home mothers to recent retirees-would want to take advantage of.

A business is born.
Stella had found value by selling things on eBay that people weren't using and that would otherwise be collecting dust. Who wouldn't appreciate the value of having an easy way to exchange their unneeded belongings for money? That realization set in motion a chain of events that resulted in the harnessing of an exceptional opportunity. FoundValue was born.
FoundValue has two driving missions.
Our first goal is to provide clients-both buyers and sellers-with the security of knowing that a trained, reliable and ethical FoundValue marketing professional is handling their sale and looking out for their best interests.

The second is to create a personally and financially rewarding opportunity for people with the interest, desire, and commitment to join the online revolution and build a lucrative, flexible, home-based business.
