Colorado CD6 primary debate on KBDI on July 21

DENVER - (July 14, 2008) - The Colorado Decides debate series will kick off with Congressional District 6 Republican Primary candidates Wil Armstrong, Mike Coffman, Ted Harvey and Steve Ward on Monday, July 21, at 8 p.m. on KBDI-Channel 12.

The 60-minute debate will be hosted by KBDI's Aaron Harbor and will feature CBS 4's anchor Jim Benemann and Rocky Mountain News reporter Berny Morson.

The debate series, co-produced by KBDI-TV, CBS 4 and the Rocky Mountain News, will provide comprehensive and in-depth analysis, supplying voters unparalleled access to election information, candidates and issues. The second Colorado Decides debate with candidates from the Democratic Congressional District 2 Primary will be carried July 28 on channel 12.

Tapes of the debates will be available on all three partners' websites: www.kbdi.org, www.rockymountainnews.com, and www.cbs4denver.com.
