Jackson Camera Club celebrates patriotism
Contributed by: Cindy Smith on 7/7/2008

In tune with July's holiday, the William Henry Jackson Camera Club members will be showing images of patriotism in this month's workshop. Prints and slides showing the flag, parades and America icons are the subjects for judging. The meeting is on July 10 at University Park United Methodist Church, 2180 S. University, Denver, at 7 p.m.

The W. H. Jackson Camera Club is named after one of the western United States' best known early photographers. Each monthly workshop features member slide and print competitions and a presentation. The club also has a monthly luncheon, except in July, which includes a talk. Call Rich Ellian, 303-758-5571, for more information.
