Title: Childhood Obesity, Kids Action Fitness is the Answer
Parents, did you know that diabetes is now the most threatening health concern in the nation? Obesity is spreading like the plague and has more than doubled in the last 10 years. An overweight child has a 70 percent chance of being an overweight adult. Why? Because our kids are victims of increased caloric intake (i.e. fast food, portion size, sugar-sweetened drinks, etc.) and a lifestyle that has decrease physical activity (i.e. video games while sitting on the couch).
However, help is on the way. "Kids Action Fitness," is a new FUN, cutting edge athletic club for 6 to 13 years old. Providing wall to wall "virtual" equipment that requires active participation (dance dance revolution, x boards, climbing wall, vertical jump trainer, Xavix, Skate/Snowboarding games , the "3" Kick, Trazer, Kids Circuit Training equipment, the ab solo and much more. If you have every wondered if working out can be FUN...yes, it can. We have the smiling faces of many kids to prove it.
In addition to the physical equipment there is a computer learning area where kids will are taught about anatomy and nutrition at age appropriate stages.. At Kids Action Fitness we believe the solution to today's childhood obesity begins with education in health and fitness, a FUN work out program and a nurturing staff.
