Don’t miss “A Visit with Santa” on December 9th featuring the big man himself! Children are sure to enjoy this special morning meeting Santa, singing songs with Mrs. Claus and enjoying light refreshments. Parents are encouraged to bring cameras to take photos. There are two visits, one at 9am and another at 10am. Pre-registration is required. Both visits take place at The Peak Community & Wellness Center, located at 6612 S. Ward Street in Littleton. New this season is the Candy Cane Hunt on Saturday, December 10 at Clement Park (7306 W. Bowles, Littleton). The festivities begin at 10am and include holiday music and a decoration station for children to decorate the bags they’ll use to collect their candy canes. The hunt will be divided into different age groups. Pre-registration is required. This event is $6 for non-district residents and $4 for district residents. The Foothills Pottery Sale will feature an impressive selection of beautiful and functional gifts. For shopper’s convenience, this year the popular event will span three days. The schedule is: Thursday, December 8 from 1-9pm, Friday, December 9 from 6am-9pm and Saturday, December 10 from 8am-4pm. The sale is at The Peak Community & Wellness Center.
