Dienstbach in children's theatre

Kacie Dienstbach,a former Heritage High School student, who is now a junior theatre and film major, at the University of Kansas, was an actor and pupeteer in a recent University of Kansas Theatre for Young People performance, entitled “The Short Tree and the Bird That Could Not Sing” by Dennis Foon. The last performance was Feb. 8

The play is about an unlikely friendship between a Short Tree and a Bird and was presented for children in the first, second and third grades of the area. Dienstback is the daughter of Eric and Donna Dienstbach.
