WOMAN BUSTED FOR ALLEGED DRUG DEALING
Police arrested a 35-year-old Centennial woman on suspicion of possession and sale of methamphetamine about 1:12 a.m. April 18. An officer on patrol saw a car parked behind a car wash at West Littleton Boulevard and South Hickory Street and investigated. The woman driver was found to have a felon warrant from Arapahoe County while a male passenger was searched and released. The
woman was later found to be carrying quantities of suspected methamphetamine in her clothing along with more than $5,500 in cash and more suspected methamphetamine and used and unused syringes in her purse. Officers also found a scale unused syringes and copper wire in the vehicle. She was taken to
the Arapahoe County Jail.
MAN ARRESTED AFTER STRIKING DOG
Police arrested a 36-year-old Littleton man on suspicion of domestic violence, cruelty to an animal, obstruction of a police officer and destruction of property after an incident about 8:20 p.m. April 19 at a residence on the 6500 block of South Gallup Street. The man's wife reported they had argued after she picked him on on South Broadway and he threw the family dog off the bed and into a dresser. Police said the man appeared intoxicated and kicked the door of the patrol car he was placed in, slammed his head against a partition window, causing a small cut and spit on an officer. After exam at a hospital, he was taken to the Arapahoe County Jail.
