Littleton's Schuette wins field hockey honors

Colorado Academy grad Mariah Schuette, of Littleton, was named the Liberty League Rookie of the Week Sept. 5. Schuette, a freshman forward on the Skidmore College field hockey team, scored two goals in a bit more than four minutes in a 5-0 win over Morrisville State on Sept. 1. The next day, Schuette scored a goal in a 6-4 win over Babson College.
