GRAND JUNCTION - Netminder and former Heritage High School graduate Josh Tinaglia helped his Mesa State Mavericks men's soccer team to their second consecutive RMAC victory with a 3-2 win over UCCS last night. Playing in their first-ever season of men's soccer to a standing-room-only crowd in their new soccer-only stadium, Mesa State improved to 2-5-1 overall and 2-4-0 in the RMAC. Tinaglia, a sophomore transfer from Eastern New Mexico University, recorded ten saves in the match after posting his first shutout of the season last week against Colorado Christian. Mesa State will next face CSU-Pueblo Sunday at 1:30 pm in what promises to be another exciting RMAC soccer contest.
