Kylee Morton top finisher for Mesa State Mavericks

Former Columbine student, Kylee Morton from Littleton, was the top Mesa State College Maverick finisher, at the Mesa Inn Maverick Spring Invitational at Tiara Rado Golf Course on April 11 by shooting an 80 for a 159 total and sixth place overall.

The Mavericks led the nine-team tournament following round one April 10. Grand Canyon University took home top team honor to claim the team title. MSC was third posting a consistent two day total, 662 (330-332). MSC's second team placed seventh at 747.
