Contours Express Living Thin Program
Contributed by: Arlene Lang on 4/9/2008

Toni Campton, owner of Contours Express, a neighborhood women's gym, is feeling good about the Living Thin program that she is leading for women who want a little more motivation to get into shape and maintain it by keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Not just about nutrition, Toni says of the program, "The hard part is getting into the mind set. That is where we come in: we'll help you stay on track." Toni and her staff are like cheerleaders who urge you on when you don't think you can do that last sit up. (But you will!)

The program includes a 45 minute meeting twice a month, a weigh-in, boot camp classes, personal training, materials and the commitment of the entire group. All of the group members have lost inches, pounds and their sedentary lifestyle. They are so enthusiastic and committed that they have even started getting together for weekend hikes.

So, if it's time for you to get in shape and have some fun, the Living Thin is the program for you.

For more information about Contours Express or the Living Thin program, call Toni or her assistant, Patty, at 303-904-9545 or stop in for a look at 9719 W. Coal Mine in the little strip mall.
