South Suburban celebrates senior health & fitness

South Suburban Parks and Recreation celebrates two days of National Senior Health and Fitness the last week of May. On Tuesday, May 27, from 10 am to 12 pm, at Lone Tree Recreation Center, 10249 Ridgegate Cir., attendees can enjoy light refreshments and visit a variety of booths with a myriad of fitness resources. The Wednesday, May 28 celebration, at Buck Recreation Center, 2004 W. Powers Ave., Littleton, will include a resource fair with a array of informational booths and screenings. Both events are free and open to the general public.
