Youth summer sports leagues, register on April 28

Foothills Park & Recreation District's summer youth sports leagues for baseball and soccer will begin accepting registration online and at all facilities on Monday, April 28. Foothills recreational leagues are teams built randomly to provide even competition. Teams practice once a week (pick your day) and games are held on Saturday mornings according to the game schedule. Baseball is open to ages 4-8 years old and held at Lilley Gulch Park (6147 S. Holland Way). Soccer is open to ages 4-12 years old and held at Easton Regional Park (12819 W. Coal Mine Ave.). Pre-registration is required; cost is $88 per child (District Rate $75), includes team shirt. For more information call 303.409.2505 or visit www.ifoothills.org.
