After 27 years with the Kmart Corporation, Steve Spencer's position as District Manager for the Western U.S. was recently eliminated. Although he had the option to relocate out East with the company, he decided it was time to pursue his other interest-real estate.
After interviewing several real estate companies, Spencer chose the Park Meadows office of Keller Williams Real Estate, 10475 Park Meadows Dr. "It was important to find a company that had a great training program and one that was truly focused on the success of its agents," Spencer explained. Spencer is a Coloradonative who has lived in Castle Rock for the past seven years. He is active in the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce and in activities involving the business community. "My goal is to guide people with their real estate transactions, whether the properties are in
