The countdown to the grand opening of Park Meadows' open-air shopping area is just two seasons away.
The 154,000 square foot expansion will feature 20 new retailers and six new restaurants in an outdoor shopping environment that showcases Colorado's scenic surroundings. The Vistas, opening in spring 2008, continues Park Meadows retail resort atmosphere as an extension of the center.

The Vistas will set off the new retail and dining options with sculptures and gathering spaces that include fire pits and water features. The space will be a destination for residents and tourists ready to sit and relax for a bit.
The enticing landscape will continue toward the new 29,981 square foot Borders, the main gateway between old and new. The Borders bookstore is currently under construction in the former Lord and Taylor space and will include an in-house coffee shop for guests to enjoy. The store is located on the upper level of the center with an outdoor deck area that overlooks The Vistas and boasts stunning mountain views. The White Chocolate Grill - 6,500 Square Feet
Making its debut in the Rocky Mountain region, The White Chocolate Grill is a contemporary American restaurant. The White Chocolate Grill has a limited menu of classic American fare; made from scratch using only the highest quality ingredients. A selection of house-made white chocolate and other desserts compliment this offering and are proudly served in a unique team-service format assuring friendliness and efficiency. The restaurant is designed with rich wood and real stone, which creates an upscale, Frank Lloyd Wright inspired atmosphere. From the leather booth seating, soft lighting and spectacular bar, every element of the design evokes a classic yet sophisticated setting.
La Sandia - 8,200 Square Feet with a 4,000 Square Foot Roof Deck
Famed restaurateur and chef, Richard Sandoval, brings La Sandia to The Vistas. This Mexican kitchen and tequila bar features bold flavors and complex Mexican cuisine combined with contemporary cooking techniques - a signature style that has earned Chef Sandoval international acclaim as the Father of Modern Mexican cuisine. Chef Sandoval grew up in Acapulco and credits his grandmother's table, father's restaurants and studies at the Culinary Institute of America for his accomplishments as an innovative chef and businessman.
Cru - 2,000 Square Feet
Cru, a premier wine bar honored by Wine Spectator, will be an exciting urban destination to explore the fascinating world of wine. You can experience more than 300 wines from around the world and 60 premium wines offered by the glass, including wine flights perfect for sampling an array of vintages and varietals. Cru also offers wine country cuisine, including dinner and appetizers to share, with flavors ideal for wine pairings. All of this is set in a comfortable atmosphere that, with its floor-to-ceiling wine racks and wine label murals, will transport you from the city to a cozy wine cellar. The Cru wine bar in Denver's Larimer Square has been a popular neighborhood destination, as this new location in Park Meadows is sure to be as well.
Arhaus - 15,000 Square Feet

Brio makes its Colorado debut at Park Meadows Shopping Center, bringing the pleasures of the Tuscan country villa to the Rocky Mountain region. Guests would mingle with family and friends and eat freshly prepared food from their grounds while surrounded by natural beauty.
