Ridgegate project causes I-25 closure
Contributed by: Sheryl Machado on 7/8/2008

An access point under Interstate 25 currently is closed to through traffic for the duration of approximately three months. This closure is mandatory for frontage road construction on the Ridgegate Parkway construction project in Lone Tree.

The closure began July 8 and will remain closed through Sept. 30. The location of the closure is between exits 190 and 191. The exits off I-25 will remain open; however, motorists will no longer be able to cross under I-25 via the underpass at exit 191. Motorists and emergency vehicles are advised to use the following detours:

Southbound travel: Exit 190 (Surrey Ridge)
Northbound travel: Exit 193 (Lincoln Avenue)

No vehicles, including emergency vehicles, will be allowed through the exit 191 underpass during the closure. All inquiries can be directed to Sheryl Machado, Ames Construction Inc. project information manager, at 303-944-0206.
