Free mulch from Douglas County two days in October

Douglas County offers citizens free mulch pick up on Saturday, Oct. 11 and Saturday Oct. 18 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Castle Rock Water Treatment Plant, 1400 Caprice Dr. in Castle Rock. The County will provide front-end loaders to help load mulch into pickups and trailers.

In the case of inclement weather, please check www.douglas.co.us/publicworks/operations/Slash_and_Mulch.html or call 303.663.6274 to ensure that mulch pick up will still occur as scheduled.
