South Suburban Parks and Recreation offers interesting and challenging golf experience for kids age 7-13 at South Suburban Golf Skills challenge days. As an introduction to the fun and rewarding sport of competitive golf, contestants participate in three areas: driving, chipping and putting. Trophies will be awarded to the top finisher in each age group: 7-8 years, 9-10 years and 11-13 years. Medals are awarded to second place finishers with separate categories for boys and girls. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. These low cost events offer an opportunity for young enthusiasts to showcase their skills in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
