DRIVER LIKES HIGH HEELS
Police pulled over a motorist for weaving on southbound Interstate 25 at Lincoln Avenue at about 2:30 a.m. May 11. The driver, a 40-year-old Parker woman, did not have proof of insurance. She smelled of alcohol and her eyes were bloodshot and watery. The woman was wearing high heels, and an officer recommended she wear different shoes to perform roadside sobriety maneuvers. She said she had been wearing high heels most of her life and walked really well in them. After failing the tests, she was arrested on suspicion of DUI and later released.
