Ice cream interruptus

While savoring my Peanut Buster Parfait Light (only 6 calories) at the local Dairy Queen today about 3:00, I also got to watch our local firefighters in action at the gas station on Main and 6th.

As the taverns emptied with interested citizens, we all shouted encouragement to the hard working (and very good looking) fire crew. After an undetermined amount of time, when the flames were screaming up, up, up to the heavens and the smoke was relentless,the crew finally tore the hood off the car. They had to show THEY were in control.

And they were..

I think anxiety caused the hood to come off.
